The service
Life in Reel makes a short documentary film from photographs and answers you provide. One payment unlocks one film with the revisions and hosting period of the tier you choose.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the photographs and that the subject (or their guardian) would consent. For memorial films you acknowledge that you represent the family. Corporate customers are responsible for brand assets and for obtaining consent from colleagues who contribute quotes.
What we promise
Narration is written only from what you tell us and from the dates in your photographs. Sentences inferred from dates are marked in the outline. We do not invent facts, make medical or financial claims, or include defamatory statements about third parties.
Refunds
Full refund if the first render fails our automated quality checks twice. Once a preview has been delivered the payment is final, though your remaining revisions stay available. Corporate customers may also request a refund within 24 hours if QA finds a defect we cannot fix.
Voices and music
Narration uses licensed stock voices; we do not clone the subject's voice. Scores are generated or licensed for use in your film and may be shared with it, but not resold separately.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the film. Governing law is India for INR purchases and Delaware, USA for USD purchases.
